1. What SwasthOne Is
SwasthOne is a personal health records management app. It allows you to store medical documents, view AI-generated summaries of those documents, track medications, and share records with healthcare providers of your choice.
SwasthOne is not a medical service. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI-generated summaries are for informational purposes only and should never replace the advice of a qualified doctor. Always consult a licensed medical professional for health decisions.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- By creating an account, you confirm you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
- If you are adding profiles for minor family members, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian.
- The Service is currently available only in India.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and phone number.
- You must provide accurate information when setting up your profile.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at support@swasthone.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Family Groups
- Each family group may have up to 5 member profiles.
- The family admin (the person who creates the group) has full control over the group, including the ability to add and remove members.
- By joining a family group, you consent to the admin being able to view and manage records associated with your profile.
5. Your Content
- You retain full ownership of all medical documents and data you upload.
- By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service to you.
- You must only upload documents that relate to you or family members for whom you have authority to manage health records.
- Do not upload content that is false, fraudulent, or belongs to someone else without their consent.
6. AI Features
- AI summaries and health insights are generated by third-party AI models (Google Gemini) and are provided for informational purposes only.
- AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Do not make medical decisions based solely on AI-generated content.
- By using AI features, your document contents are sent to Google's API for processing. Google's data processing terms apply.
7. Doctor Sharing
- When you initiate a doctor sharing session, you are voluntarily sharing your medical records with the healthcare provider you select.
- Each sharing session is consent-based and temporary. We do not create permanent shared links.
- We are not responsible for how a healthcare provider uses information you choose to share with them.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Upload false or fraudulent medical documents
- Attempt to access another user's account or data without permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
- Use the Service to provide commercial medical services to third parties
- Violate any applicable Indian law, including the IT Act and DPDP Act
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep SwasthOne available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service at any time. We are not liable for any loss arising from downtime.
10. Pricing & Payments
SwasthOne is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will notify you in advance and provide clear pricing. See our Refund Policy for details on any paid features.
11. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from within the app. All your data will be permanently erased.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SwasthOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including, but not limited to, reliance on AI-generated health content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City], India.
