Refund Policy

Current Status — Free Service

SwasthOne is currently free to use. There are no paid plans, subscriptions, or in-app purchases at this time. This refund policy will apply if and when paid features are introduced.

Future Paid Features

If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future:

  • We will clearly communicate pricing before any charge is made
  • Subscription fees will be charged on the billing cycle you select (monthly or annual)
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by contacting us

Refund Eligibility

When paid plans are available, refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • You were charged in error (duplicate charge, technical issue)
  • You request a refund within 7 days of your first payment and have not used the paid features
  • The paid feature you subscribed to is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Partial months or unused periods of an active subscription
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the charge
  • Charges made through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store — these are governed by the respective platform's refund policy

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@swasthone.in with:

  • Your registered phone number or email
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 5 business days.
